2007 December - Lingerie

On Thursday, November 29th, I was invited over

to the Spectrum Club, where Melanie organized

a Christmas event.

 

She invited family, friends & customers of her nail studio.
At her studio one can also purchase cosmetics,jewelry, and lingerie.

 

Melanie is a wonderful Gospel singer, and also

the background singer in an alternative rockband.

So she took on the opportunity to start the event

with several Christmas Gospel songs,

AND 'Amazing Grace'! Followed by this lingerie show:

Afterwards the rockband played.
What can I say? Not my taste at all...

So I tried to escape from this loud noise :(
even ear plugs didn't help. And this should last
for 1 whole hour? OMG!

On my search for a chauffeur back home,
I ran back inside, overlooked two stairs,
tumbled and fell flat (like Humpty Dumpty)
upstairs on my face (!).

I swear, I never hit that hard like this very
evening. Good news: nothing happened
to the cell phone I was carrying.
Plenty of bruises for me though,
and 4 days later now, I'm still aching. *sigh*
I'm fine, don't worry.

What does that tell us?
Old, sick people should stay at home at night,
and not run around in clubs... ;-/ ;-P =D
