This is a pendulum, which is hung up in an out of service gas tank in Germany. Around it they've built big organ pipes. The moving pendulum shows the movement of the earth, while the organ pipes flute the Prelude of Johann Sebastian Bach. They say it lasts 10.000 seconds and every second sounds different. Then when you move around the old tank it sounds different out of each and every angle! What an experience being able to see and hear HOW the earth moves!!! What a great idea =]
